7 Month Old Baby Killed in Mexican Gang War!!

The Mexican baby, identified as Marcos Miguel Pano Colón, was being carried by his 24-year-old father, Juan Alberto Pano Ramos, and accompanied by his 17-year-old mother, Alba Isabel Colón, when their attackers opened fire on the trio in the city of Pinotepa Nacional on Friday evening. All three died on the spot.

His babe agrees and her friend also said yes, so babe passed her friend's number to her boo (Jand boy) to give to his friend.

End of story, until a few months later, jand boy comes to naija and asks to meet his babe, and then he breaks the news to her that he's engaged to her friend. Yup, the same friend whose number she passed to the guy to give his own friend.

People though! I don't understand how any one with blood flowing through them can be cruel like this. I don't understand. Now when sh*t goes left (like being unable to conceive, no money, unexplainable loss of life/limb, all round olosho-ness) for them in future they'll start accusing everyone of their problems, forgetting what they did in the past.

  Queen Okwukwe Nwoko was allegedly ejected from the palace of His Royal Majesty, Obi Agbogidi Nwoko III, of Idumuje-Ugboko Kingdom in Aniocha North LGA of Delta State, over allegation of infidelity. She was married in 2010 as the 4th wife but ended up being the only wife.
  
  
  Trouble started in 2012 when members of the royal family, allegedly led by the Crown Prince, Nonso Nwoko, accused her of infidelity and consequently ejected her from the palace. They contended that the Obi was not responsible for the pregnancy that resulted in the birth of a baby girl by Okwukwe.

  The girl is now three years old. Apart from that, a member of the royal family, Prince Obi Nwoko, said Okwukwe was also caught watching blue film at the palace, adding that her mind was so corrupt and, therefore, not fit to be the wife of the king. .
  Prince Obi added that the royal household rejected the idea of going for DNA test due to several unresolved issues. But Okwukwe stoutly denied the allegations, and maintained that she was unjustly ejected to create room for the Crown Prince to succeed his father who is still alive but in miserable condition due to lack of care.

  She said not only did they chase her out of the palace, they also seized her car, carried everything from her shop and padlocked it. They blocked the joint account she was using with her husband, giving her no access to any money again. They also said nobody would help her. .

  And according to the law, as soon as you are married to the Obi legally, you cannot remarry. Okwukwe said when she offered to have the child undergo DNA test to ascertain her paternity or she be allowed to take the traditional oath to prove her innocence, her accusers refused.

  A community source however revealed that Okwukwe is a victim of other people’s manipulation. That they conspired against her because of her influence in the community. SAG Awards 2016! African American's win BIG!! Red Carpet Pictures

Obviously this is NOT the 2016 Oscars which has no African Americans in any of its 40 or so categories. This year's SAG awards takes the cake for making sure nominees from different walks of life were well represented; the old/young, African Americans, LGBT etc. 

Big winners include my personal sugar oh so banana/he can gerrit erryday Idris Elba. He won two awards, one for portraying an African warlord in Beast of No Nation and the other for his role as an eccentric detective in Luther. I'm yet to see BONN but as a faithful Netflix subscriber I shall be watching that pronto. I've seen a few episodes of Luther and right after swooning at Idris's ruggedness I realize the show is actually darn good, and who can resist a British accent anyways. Bird Flu now full blown in Nigeria!

Bird Flu is now present in 18 states of Nigeria and has affected 2.5 million chickens!!


According to the National Institute of Animal Science, Avian Influenza or bird flu is an infectious viral disease of birds. While most Avian Influenza viruses do not infect humans, a few others like A(H5N1) and A(H7N9) have caused serious infections in people.


NIAS, which is the regulatory agency of the Federal Government for the regulation of all matters pertaining to animal husbandry in Nigeria, on Friday stated that bird flu was spreading so fast and as such all adequate measures to stop the spread must be enforced.

Asked to state the number of birds affected by the disease, the Registrar/Chief Executive Officer, NIAS, Dr. Godwin Oyedeji, said, “By the last count, I think as of yesterday (Thursday), not less than 2.5 million chickens have been infected and over 700 farms have been affected nationwide. From one incidence in one state and moving to two states, it has increased and I think by now we are having it in not less than 18 states.”


Oyedeji, who spoke during a press briefing in Abuja, added, “In the Kuje area, here in the Federal Capital Territory, over 900,000 birds have been affected. This should not continue, and it is because things that should be done are not being done.

“If we cannot prevent wild birds that carry the influenza from overflying Nigeria and if the virus has come into Nigeria, then we can prevent, through good animal husbandry practices, the spread from one farm to the other.”


He noted that something was wrong somewhere, adding that the institute had gone to the field to ascertain what was not being done right by poultry farmers.
